How much is shipping in Canada?
Canada - FREE shipping on all orders of $65.00+. All other orders will have a $11.99 flat rate shipping fee.
United States - FREE shipping on all orders $65.00+. All other orders will have a $15.99 flat rate cross border shipping fee.
How long will it take to receive my package?
Packages typically arrive within 2-5 business days after you have received a notification that your package has been shipped. Please keep in mind cross border and remote areas may take up to 12 business days.

We ship using all major shipping couriers.
What if I do not receive my package?
In the odd occurrence you do not receive your package please fill out our contact form on our "Contact" page or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of our team will be happy to help you.

You will be charged in Canadian currency regardless of where you are purchasing from.

We work closely with a local supplier who source's all of our ingredients globally using only top-grade 100% organic ingredients.

All sale priced items and sale discount codes are only valid during the specified time of the sale. No items purchased before or after the specified time of the sale are to be refunded or adjusted to reflect the sale.
Product Imperfections Policy
Many of our items such as but not exclusive to the ceramic mug, candle vessel and candle wax are made by hand and with natural ingredients which may cause slight imperfections and colour variations. These imperfections and colour variations are out of our control, however we do our best to keep high quality consistency among all products, please keep this in mind while shopping as we are not held responsible once the item has been shipped.
Our refund policy for any of the services or products sold on the Site is as follows: purchases are refundable, at Woash’s discretion. However, Woash also ships delicate products, which may break via shipping on its way to you. Woash is not liable for any damage or destruction caused to the product after it leaves Woash’s possession. Some products are handmade items which may have small imperfections. There will be no refund for such imperfections. Woash is not responsible for any costs associated with the return. You must cover all fees associated with returns.
Damaged or Broken Item Policy
In the odd occurrence an item breaks while being shipped to you we will happily open a claim with the associated shipping provider in hopes to replace the item. Please reach out to us to begin the process.
