Shipping

We ship across Canada and the United States.

Customer’s total purchase price does not include duties, taxes, tariffs, or any other costs associated with clearing the purchased goods through customs for international orders.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and security of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from a shipping address with no secure location.

Returns

We know you'll love our products in the case you are unhappy please reach out to hello@woashwellness.com as we accept returns on a case-by-case scenario at Woash's discretion.

We take the upmost care and diligence when packing your items, as we ship delicate products, which may break in transit on its way to you. Woash is not liable for any damage or destruction caused to the product after it leaves Woash’s possession. In the rare occurrence this happens please send us an email at hello@woashwellness.com and we will create a claim with the shipping provider to replace your damaged item.

Some products are handmade items which may have small imperfections. There will be no refund for such imperfections. Woash is not responsible for any costs associated with the return. You must cover all fees associated with returns.
